Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear statement by email to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If the withdrawal is valid, all payments received for the order, including the standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered), will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where permitted by applicable law.
Gift cards are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. After a valid withdrawal and return, a new order may be placed.
